Kinders Together employs over 60 part-time, full-time and casual early childhood educators across its member centres. We also employ administration /management staff at our head office.

Kinders Together supports each centre in the provision of quality early childhood programs responding to the individual needs and interests of children and families. Programs reflect an understanding of current industry research and are based on best practices in early childhood. Our staff play a valued and integral role to the successful implementation of an engaging, stimulating and supportive program for young children.

Each centre facilitates a collaborative approach encouraging the children themselves, their families and the wider community to contribute to, and be involved in the children’s learning environment. The first priority is always the individual needs, safety and wellbeing of the children.

All staff are required to follow the code of conduct and ensuring the centre’s practices reflect Kinders Together Vision and Mission statements and core values.
